If you are looking to the Internet at the speed of light, high-class applications and unique features, this is the phone. Yes, something better is always coming around the corner. But now, nothing quite matches the dual-core technology LTE Bionic Power Droid and transforms into a laptop or desktop.
Voice and physical
Beautiful and well built, Motorola Droid Bionic is great to 2.6 by 0.4 by 5 inches (DRC) and 5.6 ounces is strong and not too thick, with a glass front and a back Gorilla brilliant soft touch. Like other phones with screens of 4.3 inches, it is a pocket-buster, but not more than rival Verizon HTC Thunderbolt ($ 249, 4 stars).

960-by-540 4.3-inch LCD screen is a bit PenTile 'depressing. Available lines of colored pixels show the delicacy blurred. Upload Droid Samsung ($ 299, 4 stars) 800 x 480 AMOLED Super Plus, the screen looks sharper and brighter, more saturated colors and darker blacks blacks. This should not be a lot of switch, however, when using the Bionic Droid, inaccuracies bothered me only when they are consciously thinking.
Motorola Droid Bionic is a CDMA phone with EVDO LTE. This is not a world phone, but it works for a couple of dozens of countries like South Korea, China and India, where there are CDMA networks. Bionic is a better voice phone puts it on, because it dramatically under-reports of receipt. Signal level in case of accusation Droid showed three bars, showed two or Bionic. When the charge showed a bar, showed no Bionic. With the same signal, mind you, it's just the bars of the screen is calibrated differently.
The voice quality is good in my tests. The headset is medium in size and shows a distortion of loud sounds, there are a lot of side tone. The phone had no problems connecting to several different Bluetooth devices, and could easily trigger voice dialing and Bluetooth. The phone was more likely to recognize that voice dialing numbers in names, however.
The Bionic Droid has a longer battery life than previous HTC phones LTE as Thunderbolt, just because it has a large 1735mAh battery. I had 3 hours of continuous streaming Bionic LTE, compared to 2.5 hours from the battery of 1400 mAh Thunderbolt. I expect about 12-14 hours of solid use again around 15 percent better than Thunderbolt. These phones are not switched Sippers. Battery life can be much better if you lose to 3G using a free application to turn off the LTE, however. I was able to squeeze an impressive 10 hours, 35 minutes of talk time on 3G network, one of the best results we've ever seen on a CDMA phone.

LTE allows for fast Web page downloads and other Internet-based applications much faster than 3G. Verizon already cover 160 million Americans with LTE, which is announcing new cities every month. In my tests, web pages load more than twice as fast with the LTE. Netflix movie streaming video buffer faster and play YouTube videos in high quality mode much more easily.
Bionics can use as an access point Wi-Fi for up to five devices, and was able to reach speeds between 15 Mbps down and excellent 7-2-3Mbps up. You can multitask on the phone calls and 3G data access more than 4G, but I was very disappointed that, unlike the HTC ray, can not run simultaneous voice and data 3G networks. This makes the Bionic Droid less convincing than love at first sight for 3G users only.
The back of the beautiful light LTE is that it all becomes too easy to bust through data plans from Verizon capped. In just three days of testing 30 minutes from Netflix, three hours of streaming audio, e-mail account that some downloads of applications and some web browsing I have 600 MB torn Unless you are willing to LTE act for Wi-Fi most of the time, you should look into Verizon's 5GB, $ 50 data plan instead of its level of $ 30, bucket 2 GB.
